A Hospitality Event Staff/Bartender position is an hourly Part-Time position. The position works with the Hospitality team to ensure that each Boulevard event is facilitated with world-class service and attention to detail. They are dedicated to attending to, and anticipating the needs of event hosts, clients and guests. The position can be expected to work days, evenings and weekends but no holidays.

• Have a positive attitude behind the bar, be approachable to our guests
• Be presentable, arrive in the proper uniform
• Have a punctual arrival to the brewery for a scheduled shift
• Execute the proper set up of each bar for the appropriate event space
• Consult and discuss with host directly about the event details and set up of the space
• Efficiently serve beer, wine, soda and water from the bar
• Clear event space of used bar glassware, food plates, and other items
• Communicate and work well with team members behind the bar and in the event space
• Communicate our Zero-Landfill policy accurately to vendors and hosts that use the space
• Learn our Audio/Visual system and troubleshoot during events
• Multi-task during events and be proactive on what needs to be done during events
• Change and move half barrel and sixth barrel kegs during events
• Execute tasks put in place by the manager or director of Hospitality

• Must be 21 years or older to serve alcohol
• Complete and pass the Serv Safe Examination online
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Willingness to invest in learning the core Boulevard beer brands and the history of the brewery
• Strong sense of urgency and commitment to giving world class service at each event
