Contract recruiter, HR​/Recruitment

Our client, a growing national organization headquartered in Johnson County, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring during a peak growth period. This role will focus primarily on nationwide recruiting for skilled field positions and will partner closely with an established HR team to help manage an expanding requisition load.

This is a true contract opportunity and ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced recruiting and making an immediate impact.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled field and technical positions
• Source, screen, and advance candidates through the hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and timelines
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Ensure a positive and timely candidate experience
• Track activity and manage requisitions within the ATS
• Support occasional recruiting events or career fairs as needed

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong background in high-volume or fast-paced hiring environments
• Experience recruiting skilled trades, technical roles preferred
• Self-starter, organized and able to manage multiple priorities
