Recruiter, Talent Manager

Cable Dahmer Automotive Group is looking for a motivated early‑career Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in recruiting, human resources, or business who enjoys connecting with people and wants to learn the full hiring process in a fast‑paced environment.

• Review incoming applications and assist with candidate screening
• Conduct initial phone interviews with applicants
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Post and maintain job listings across recruiting platforms such as Indeed
• Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
• Maintain accurate candidate records within our applicant tracking system
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
• Assist with recruiting campaigns, hiring events, and employer branding initiatives
• Support onboarding coordination for new hires as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable speaking with candidates and building relationships
• Strong time management and problem‑solving skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
• Internship, campus recruiting, sales, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Interest in building a long‑term career in recruiting or human resources
