Ibility is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition and Human Resources functions. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations within a growing organization, particularly for those curious about government consulting, veteran-owned businesses, and purpose-driven leadership.

Key Responsibilities- Assist with sourcing candidates through Linked In and other platforms
- Screen resumes and help coordinate interviews
- Draft and post job descriptions
- Maintain candidate tracking within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support recruiting metrics and reporting
- Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire documentation
- Help maintain HR trackers and employee records
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Assist with process documentation and workflow improvements
- Interest in federal government contracting (Gov Con) recruiting and HR operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with interest in recruiting metrics and data tracking
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in compliance, documentation standards, and structured hiring processes
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working with cross-functional teams
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
- Interest in government consulting, veteran-owned businesses, or mission-driven organizations
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative virtual environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Linked In or ATS systems is a plus
- Self-starter - can work independently and within a team
- Gain hands-on experience recruiting within a federal government contracting environment
- Develop familiarity with compliance considerations, documentation standards, and clearance-related processes
- Build professional communication skills through collaboration with candidates, hiring managers, and contract stakeholders
$10 - $20 an hour
