Sr. Network Engineer; Hybrid

Position: Sr. Network Engineer (Hybrid)

** Responsibilities:
*** Network Design & Implementation:
Lead the design and deployment of complex network solutions, including LAN, WAN, and cloud-based infrastructures, to support organizational needs and growth.
* Network Security:
Implement and manage network security measures, such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems, to protect the organization’s data and systems.
* Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
* Troubleshooting & Support:
Provide advanced troubleshooting for network-related issues, ensuring quick resolution to maintain business continuity.
* Project Leadership:
Manage and execute network-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
* Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
* Mentorship & Training:
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

* Collaboration:

Work closely with other IT teams to integrate network solutions with other systems and applications.

* Qualifications:

*** 5+ years of experience in network engineering or a related role
* Proficiency in network protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
* Experience with network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
* Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
* Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
* Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Experience with cloud networking solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure).
* Knowledge of network automation and scripting languages.
* Familiarity with SD-WAN technologies.
* Financial industry experience a plus Compensation Range:
The salary range for this position is between $160,000- $180,000 USD.  Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
