The Plan Implementation Specialist is responsible for all new plans received from the point of sale through the transition to existing business account managers across multiple clients. This includes coordinating all activities with Plan Sponsors, Third Party Administrators, Broker/Agents, Institutional clients and internal groups. The Implementation Specialist is the main point of contact throughout the entire implementation process for all parties;

maintaining a detailed project plan that highlights milestones and target date, providing superior pro-active client service.

*** Manage all aspects of the installation process for bundled and unbundled conversion and startup plans
* Manage a detailed project plan documenting each task with a target date; highlighting major milestones and managing that timeline
* Maintain a high level of service to clients by responsiveness, effective communications and completion of project deliverables in agreed upon time frames according to contractual benchmarks
* Work collaboratively with management and internal teams to ensure timely and successful transitions
* Document Plan Implementation project requirements, notes and other critical information to be shared with relevant business units
* Establish effective communications and change management activities for plan sponsors, Third Party Administrators, advisers and clients
** The Impact You Will Make:
*** Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of experience in financial services or similar environment and 1-2 years project management
