We're hiring a Senior AI Engineer for a full-time hybrid role with one of our clients—an innovative organization driving digital change through intelligent solutions. This position combines hands-on development with strategic input to design, build, and deliver advanced AI systems. You'll work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to bring high-impact AI capabilities into real-world use.

What You'll Do

• Lead the creation of AI-driven applications using cloud-native tools, with a focus on Azure technologies.
• Translate business needs into AI use cases and technical roadmaps, offering insight into best-fit solutions.
• Build and deploy solutions featuring NLP, generative AI, RAG pipelines, and computer vision tools.
• Oversee data sourcing, model training, deployment, and operational monitoring for AI systems.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure AI solutions are aligned with organizational goals and ethical standards.
• Stay ahead of the curve on the latest AI developments and help guide innovation across projects.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience building software in Python within Azure environments.
• Solid background with databases—both SQL-based and No
  
  SQL (e.g., Mongo
  
  DB, Cosmos DB).
• Proven experience (2+ years) designing and deploying enterprise AI solutions using Azure AI services, including tools like OpenAI, Prompt Flow, and Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with responsible AI principles, prompt design, and model fine-tuning.
• This candidate must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. We are not able to work C2C at this time.

Nice to Have

• Professional experience using C#/.NET.
• Understanding of full software development lifecycle and best practices in code management.
• Hands-on experience with Dev Ops tools like Git Hub, Azure Dev Ops, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Confidence presenting technical concepts to clients or internal stakeholders.
