* Job Summary:

** The Transformation Lead will support the Transformation Manager in executing strategic initiatives related to business transformation and organizational change. The role focuses on creating high-quality presentations and analyses, coordinating cross-functional alignment, and ensuring timely delivery of project requirements. The Lead will help operationalize strategic ideas into actionable plans to drive Mynt’s growth and transformation agenda.
** You will be responsible for the following:
*** Support the Transformation Manager in managing and tracking transformation projects, including business incubation and organizational initiatives
* Prepare and refine presentation materials (Google Slides) and analytical reports (Google Sheets) to communicate project status, strategy, and recommendations to stakeholders
* Conduct basic analysis and research to support project plans
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, align on deliverables, and monitor progress
* Assist in identifying project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
* Help develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports
* Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
