Enterprise Architect Leader

Overview

Slalom Enterprise Architecture and Systems Integration team is looking for a passionate Senior Principal to join our ranks. As a modern technology company, we disrupt the market and bring to life the art of the possible for our clients, building strategies, solutions, and creative products to solve complex business problems.

• Advise clients on the overall enterprise architecture landscape across technology, information, data, security, and integration. Implement and architect large-scale, innovative IT solutions to drive business transformation.
• Partner with industry-aligned client partners and sales executives to identify and pursue potential opportunities related to Capability.
• Act as a Solution Lead or SME in pursuit processes, identifying appropriate SMEs from the broader capability team as needed. Focus on specific Customers aligned to Market strategy.
• Evaluate and identify IT-related risks, including compliance, operations, revenue, and growth risks.
• Develop, as part of a team, technology strategy and planning deliverables to address IT risks and improve the effectiveness of the IT organization, focusing on business application integration.
• Produce target state solution architectures, perform architectural assessment and gap analysis, and help formulate the overall solution strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with clients and Slalom consultants to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Contribute to delivery via billable roles as Delivery Solution Lead and/or in SME roles within the Market’s portfolio, with specific utilization target defined by Level.

• Builds relationships and proactively creates pipeline; does not wait for sales/client partners to generate leads.
• Strong ability to share ideas and communicate with peers and clients.
• Fluency in the development and use of solution architecture frameworks, patterns, and best practices to drive business transformation. Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience analyzing business and technology requirements to design and build scalable enterprise application architectures. Ability to explain principles of application architecture to clients using value-based frameworks.
• Knowledge of application development practices including Agile and SAFe, systems development lifecycle, and implementation of software products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $177,000 to $195,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
