E-Commerce Integration Specialist

In this full-time, in-person position, you will design, develop, implement, and maintain connections between various business solutions, such as e-commerce storefronts and backend systems like ERP and Inventory Management Systems. Your role will ensure smooth, real-time data flow between systems, reducing manual data entry and enhancing business processes, accuracy, and efficiency for online businesses.

• Manage web presence and sales channels including Big Commerce, Amazon, Google, Wal-Mart, Staples, and Suite Commerce.
• Develop applications for B2B and B2C portals.
• Handle email and marketing campaigns related to web sales channels.
• Optimize SEO, keywords, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage domains, DNS records, and SSL certificates.
• Support data collection, processing, and analytics to improve operational insights.
• Work on system integrations, troubleshoot application issues, and support IT systems.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure system reliability.
• Develop and support new tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvements and solutions.
• Manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines within budget.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in application development.
• Knowledge of APIs, Webhooks, Python, Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL.
• Experience with Net Suite, Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, and Staple Commerce Hub is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Detail-oriented, action-oriented, and solution-focused.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in teams.
