AI Engineer

An AI Engineer with 3-5 years of experience responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining advanced artificial intelligence systems. This role involves designing innovative AI models, integrating them into existing infrastructures, and collaborating with cross‑disciplinary teams to drive technological advancements. The position requires a focus on creating scalable, efficient AI solutions that support organizational goals of resilience, intelligence, and data accessibility.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms from scratch for various applications including natural language processing and intelligent automation.
• Create functional and process designs, including scenario mapping, flow diagrams, prototyping, and testing to ensure robust AI solutions.
• Document solution architecture, lessons learned, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Implement AI solutions that seamlessly integrate with current systems to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Manage data flow and infrastructure necessary for effective AI deployment and operationalization.
• Stay current with emerging AI trends, tools, and market assessments to recommend improvements and innovative approaches.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineering teams to integrate AI seamlessly into broader architecture and workflows.
• Advise executive leadership on AI strategy, technology policy, and potential impact areas for organizational growth.
• Conduct solution architecture validation, including the deployment of large language models and retrieval‑augmented generation techniques.
• Support GenAI models in production, ensuring stability, scalability, and continuous performance monitoring.

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or relevant roles.
• Proven experience in developing AI models, particularly large language models (LLMs) such as GPTs, Llama, or similar.
• Strong understanding of MLOps tools, Docker, and cloud environments for AI deployment.
• Hands‑on experience with vector database implementations, RAG, and tuning LLMs for specific applications.
