Organizational Performance Analyst (IT Workforce Analytics)
Are you passionate about workforce data, analytics, and driving strategic insights? Join our IT Workforce Analytics team and help improve operations, fuel innovation, and support organizational goals through data-driven decision-making.
Role: Organizational Performance Analyst
Experience: 2+ Years
- Design, develop, and execute dashboards, scorecards, and workforce reports
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure data integrity, quality control, and reporting accuracy
- Support audits and compliance reporting initiatives
- Collaborate with Workforce Services leadership on strategic initiatives
- Deliver ad-hoc and scheduled reporting solutions
- 2+ years of related experience
- 1+ year of workforce data analysis experience
- Experience with HRIS / Talent Management systems
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, MIS, CIS, or related field
- SharePoint experience (lists, views, access security)
