**** Who you’ll be working with:
**** If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!
** You’ll be responsible for the following:
*** Identify, assess, and prioritize vulnerabilities in the organization's IT systems and infrastructure
* Develop and implement strategies and procedures to mitigate or eliminate vulnerabilities
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of vulnerability management efforts
* Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure that vulnerabilities are addressed in a timely and efficient manner
* Communicate with stakeholders and management to provide updates on vulnerability management efforts and to obtain buy-in for proposed solutions

Stay up-to-date with the latest vulnerability management best practices and technologies
* Maintaining and updating company's vulnerability management policies and procedures
** We’re looking for:
*** Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in vulnerability management or a related field
* Strong understanding of vulnerability management best practices and technologies
* Experience with vulnerability scanning and assessment tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks
* Experience with incident response and disaster recovery planning
* CISSP, CISM or other relevant security certification is a plus
* Prior experience working within a financial service organization preferred
* Strong documentation skills
