- 5+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity or information security, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or lead capacity
- Strong foundation in cloud security (preferably Azure), network security, and secure system architecture
- Deep experience with security tools and frameworks (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, vulnerability scanners)
- Hands‑on knowledge of incident response, threat modeling, and compliance standards
- Proven ability to translate complex risks into actionable insights for technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience leading security initiatives in high‑growth, agile environments
- Strong interpersonal skills—you lead with clarity, courage, and accountability
- A proactive mindset, curiosity for emerging threats, and a relentless drive to learn and improve
- Work on high‑impact challenges that directly influence global healthcare and software innovation
- Be part of a mission‑driven team that values bold ideas, authentic leadership, and executional excellence
- Build security infrastructure and culture from the ground up—with the freedom to shape strategy, tools, and team
