A technology services company in Kansas City is looking for an Onsite Support Technician to deliver high-quality support to end-users. Responsibilities include installing and configuring hardware, managing service tickets, and providing technical assistance. The ideal candidate will possess a BS/BA in Computer Science, have one to three years of technical support experience, and be skilled in customer service. CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.
This position may require occasional travel to remote sites and lifting equipment up to 30 lbs.
