Information Technology Solutions Specialist

York, Pennsylvania; and Salt Lake City, Utah. Core services include warehousing, transportation, display design and production, supply chain services, kitting, and value-added solutions, among others.

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Solutions Specialist, based in Kansas City, MO. The IT Solutions Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting technology solutions that meet business requirements. This role partners closely with the Solutions Engineer to troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure optimal performance across IT environments.

• Hands on support focused on day-to-day trouble shooting in a fast-paced warehousing environment.
• Document common issues, fixes, and workflows to reduce repeat issues.
• Assist with system integrations, migrations, and upgrades.
• Respond to, diagnose and resolve escalated issues across infrastructure, applications, and networks.
• Monitor system health and proactively address vulnerabilities or stability risks.

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Prior experience in a logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environment is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and clients
