About the RoleAllegiance Group is seeking a motivated professional to join our Technology team in a Developer and Support role. This position plays a key part in delivering an exceptional client experience, while also supporting ongoing software development initiatives.
In this role, you will:
- Provide client support via Help Desk
- Assist with daily processing and monitoring
- Support our Client Services team through Dev Ops ticketing
- Troubleshoot and debug applications as needed
- Contribute feedback for system enhancements

- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server & SQL queries
- Working knowledge of C# and object-oriented programming
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of software development experience
- Must pass a background check
