The Assistant Vice President (AVP) I, Information Technology & Facilities provides strategic and operational leadership for AFI’s enterprise Information Technology services and corporate Facilities operations. This role directs staff responsible for IT infrastructure, systems development, user support, facilities maintenance, office services, purchasing, and physical infrastructure. The AVP I, Information Technology & Facilities ensures that AFI’s technology systems and facilities assets are secure, compliant, reliable, and capable of supporting current and future organizational needs, while contributing to operational efficiency, innovation, and organizational profitability.

BA/BS Degree in relevant discipline

Four years of relevant work experience may substitute this requirement

Advanced degree preferred

Five years of progressive leadership experience managing Information Technology services, facilities management, or enterprise infrastructure operations

Advanced degree may be substituted for two years of experience

Demonstrated experience managing physical assets, IT systems, budgets, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams

Experience operating in regulated environments strongly preferred
