Capstone IT is helping our client to find an End User Support Technician who will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems while providing hands‑on and remote technical support to employees and consultants. This role focuses heavily on troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing support tickets, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced IT environment.

- Provide technical support (in-person and remote)
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and AV issues
- Manage and resolve Service Now tickets

- Document solutions and update knowledge base
- Assist with software installations and licensing
- Collaborate with IT teams on complex issues
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving skills
