Eagle Paced Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Eagle PACE Administrator with strong expertise in server migration and Eagle PACE configuration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in migrating, configuring, and supporting the Eagle PACE platform while collaborating closely with development and business teams to ensure smooth post-migration operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support Eagle PACE server migration, configuration, and installation activities
- Coordinate with development teams for application testing and validation post-migration
- Support and monitor back-office jobs and batch processes after migration
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Eagle PACE components and infrastructure
- Provide production support during critical incidents or Black Swan events
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders, driving discussions and resolving issues effectively
- Ensure system stability, performance, and availability of Eagle infrastructure
- 5+ years of experience in server migration and infrastructure support
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Eagle PACE product migration
- Strong experience in Eagle PACE configuration and installation
- Solid knowledge of database querying (Oracle, DB2, or similar)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional technical and business teams
- Experience supporting Eagle PACE in production environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills in high-availability, mission-critical systems
