Job Overview

This role’s primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, dashboards, automated reporting that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires knowledge in Power BI or a similar reporting tool to improve reporting efficiency and business insights.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
• Building and optimizing data models, datasets, and reporting solutions to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborating with business teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
• Creating automated reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve reporting efficiency.
• Documenting reporting processes, data definitions, and technical specifications.
• Providing training and support to end users on reporting tools and dashboard utilization.

• Effectively communicate in English, in both verbal and written forms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience developing business intelligence and reporting solutions.
• Proficiency with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard design).
• Experience integrating data from ERP, CRM, data warehouse, or cloud systems.
• Experience with SQL and relational database management systems preferred.
• Experience developing AI-powered reporting and business intelligence solutions preferred.
