Foley Equipment seeks an IT Support Specialist I to provide first-level technical support for employees, troubleshooting hardware and software in person and remotely. You will be the initial contact, delivering fast, reliable assistance, hardware repairs, software support, and strong customer service.
You will handle Windows 10/11 issues, Office 365, AD/Exchange access, and ticketing with a focus on quick resolutions, guest and local onsite support, and 24/7 on‑call rotation when required.
