Position: Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Technical Lead
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for an Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Technical Lead for a remote, contract opportunity.

Summary:

The Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Technical Lead will support integration, data migration, security, and configuration activities as part of a Taleo replacement initiative. This role will be critical in ensuring secure, reliable data flow between ORC and People Soft HRMS, while supporting system configuration and multi-phase data migration.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Architecture & Configuration:
Lead technical design and implementation of ORC:

* Security model and roles (primary focus)

* Configuration support across environments

* Support DEV/TEST/PROD lifecycle and deployment readiness

* Integrations (ORC/People Soft HRMS)

Design and implement integrations:

* Primarily batch/file-based processes, with potential enhancements

Evaluate reuse of:

* Existing Oracle-delivered sync processes

* Taleo integration patterns where viable

* Enable any additional APIs (REST/SOAP) for key data flows

* Data Migration (Taleo/ORC)

Define and execute migration strategy:
~2-3 years of historical data

Lead:

* Data mapping

* Transformation logic

* Mock conversions and validation cycles

* Collaborate with data management team on cleansing

Security & Compliance:

* Configure and validate ORC security roles and data access

* Ensure appropriate data governance across systems

Testing & Deployment Support:

* Integration testing

* Data validation

* Defect resolution

* Enable production cutover and stability

REQUIREMENTS:

* Proven experience delivering Oracle Recruiting

* Cloud technical implementations

Strong skills in:

* Security configuration

* Integration design and development

* Data migration strategies

Experience with :

* REST/SOAP APIs

* Ability to work across functional and technical boundaries

Nice-to-Have:

* Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with People Soft HRMS

* Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HDL, or similar tools

* Experience migrating from Taleo to ORC

* Exposure to job board integrations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
