Key Responsibilities- The Procore Implementation Specialist / Technology & Innovation Consultant serves as a bridge between project teams and technology solutions, driving process improvements, digital transformation, and innovation initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
- This role focuses on evaluating business workflows, implementing tools such as Procore and other construction technologies, automating processes, supporting user adoption, and developing innovative solutions that improve project execution, profitability, and client outcomes.
- The position works closely with project managers, business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to identify challenges, deploy solutions, and promote technology‑driven best practices across projects and business operations.
- Lead the implementation, configuration, administration, and ongoing support of Procore and other construction/project management platforms to improve project delivery and collaboration.
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies.
- Manage software implementation projects, proof‑of‑concept initiatives, pilot programs, and technology adoption efforts across project teams and business units.
- Support construction, engineering, EPC, and project delivery teams by deploying technology solutions aligned with project and business objectives.
- Evaluate, implement, and integrate digital delivery tools and innovative technologies to optimize project execution and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with project managers, operations leadership, IT teams, and external vendors to develop and deploy technology‑driven solutions.
- Deliver user training, presentations, and change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption and utilization of new systems and processes.
- Research emerging technologies and innovation strategies to improve project performance, increase profitability, and create long‑term business value.
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support technology investments and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with software vendors and technology partners to evaluate and integrate new solutions into business operations.
- Must have experience with Procore Implementation within Construction Technology environment and strong understanding of CAD platforms and GIS analysis programs.
- Experience with digital transformation, process improvement and implementing technology‑based solutions.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and third‑party technology integrations.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related degree from an accredited program and 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consulting industry.
- Required OR Associate Degree and 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consulting industry.
- Required OR High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consulting industry. Required strong knowledge and proficiency in standard engineering techniques and procedures for project and program management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation skill with internal and external audiences of various sizes.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CAD platforms, GIS, analysis programs, and data acquisition platforms.
- Strong knowledge in computer logic and data analytics preferred.
- Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem‑solving environment and demonstrated critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
