• Installing, configuring and maintaining enterprise server and network hardware
• Rack & stack deployments, structured cabling and hardware commissioning
• Diagnosing and repairing server hardware faults, including CPUs, memory, storage and motherboards
• Supporting large-scale hardware deployments and infrastructure upgrades
• Working alongside facilities teams to maintain power, cooling and environmental systems
• Managing spare parts inventory and hardware lifecycle activities
• Responding to incidents within a 24/7 production environment
• Collaborating with engineering teams to improve deployment efficiency and operational reliability

• 3+ years' experience within a data centre, enterprise IT or critical infrastructure environment
• Strong server hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics experience
• Hands‑on experience with rack & stack installations and structured cabling
• Familiarity with mission‑critical environments where uptime is paramount
• A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Experience supporting high-density compute, GPU infrastructure or hyperscale environments would be advantageous but isn't essential.
