As the Manager, Supply Chain Engineering, you'll lead a highly visible team responsible for the technologies powering modern warehouse operations, automation platforms, integrations, fulfillment systems, and next-generation supply chain solutions. • Oversee critical supply chain systems supporting fulfillment, inventory, warehouse operations, and logistics processes.
• Establish and monitor KPIs focused on system health, performance, delivery quality, and operational efficiency.
• Lead incident resolution, continuous improvement initiatives, and technology modernization programs.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, technology investments, and platform roadmaps.

• 8+ years of experience in technology, engineering, supply chain systems, or enterprise operations environments.
• 3+ years of people leadership and team management experience.
• Experience supporting supply chain technologies, warehouse systems, automation, integrations, APIs, data platforms, or enterprise applications.
• Strong background in solution architecture, systems design, modernization, and technical leadership.
• Understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, Dev Ops practices, enterprise integrations, and modern engineering methodologies.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across business and technology teams.
