The Product Enablement Specialist is responsible for supporting the successful launch, adoption, engagement, and ongoing use of NCM digital products, services, and client-facing tools. This role works closely with Product, Sales, Client Services, Training, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to ensure new and existing products are clearly communicated, well understood, and effectively adopted by intended users.

This position helps bridge the gap between product development and product usage by supporting launch planning, internal readiness, training, communication, feedback collection, and adoption efforts. The Product Enablement Specialist plays a key role in helping products move beyond release to meaningful usage, measurable engagement, and sustained value for clients and internal teams.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in an analyst, product analyst, business analyst, data analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.
  • Experience collecting, interpreting, and presenting data to support business decisions.
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful insights, recommendations, and business narratives.
  • Proficiency with data analytics, dashboarding, reporting, and visualization tools.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • SQL experience preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics/visualization tools preferred.
  • Experience with product KPIs, adoption metrics, engagement analytics, ROI analysis, customer/client behavior analysis, or outcome measurement preferred.
  • Experience working with product, client engagement, operational, digital platform, CRM, web analytics, or client portal usage data is a plus.
  • Familiarity with product management, product ownership, roadmap prioritization, or opportunity validation concepts is a plus.
  • Familiarity with statistical concepts, correlation analysis, cohort analysis, or outcome measurement is a plus.
  • Comfortable learning and using modern productivity, documentation, analytics, and AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
