Enterprise Help Desk Specialist with Security Clearance

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) Representative to support a company focused on IT services and cybersecurity for large-scale government enterprise networks. This position is on-site in Kansas City, Missouri. The ESD Representative will provide centralized help desk and desktop support to end users across a global enterprise environment. Responsibilities for the ESD Representative include:
* Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 help desk support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications

* Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and operating system issues

* Support Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and video teleconferencing tools

* Respond to and resolve tickets in a high-volume service desk environment

* Deliver excellent customer service while supporting end users across multiple locations

Required Qualifications for the ESD Representative include:
* 0-6 months of experience (Mid-level) OR 6+ months to 1+ year of experience (Senior) in IT support or help desk environments

* Experience with desktop support, Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and basic networking

* Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills

* Relevant IT certification (Security+ required)

* Active Secret Clearance required Compensation for the ESD Representative include:
* Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually (depending on experience)
