Techwave is seeking an experienced SAP S/4

HANA FICO Public Cloud Consultant/Lead to design, implement, and optimize financial processes for our clients. This role involves leading projects, configuring the system, and providing expert guidance on best practices within the public cloud environment.

• Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of SAP S/4
  
  HANA FICO Public Cloud solutions, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
• Conduct business process analysis and re-engineering to align client needs with SAP S/4
  
  HANA FICO public cloud capabilities.
• Configure and customize SAP S/4
  
  HANA FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and CO-PA.
• Develop functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, and forms (RICEF objects).
• Perform system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and defect resolution.
• Provide expert guidance and thought leadership to clients on SAP S/4
  
  HANA FICO public cloud best practices and industry trends.
• Collaborate effectively with technical teams, project managers, and other functional consultants.
• Deliver training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new functionalities.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4
  
  HANA FICO public cloud releases and functionalities.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP FICO implementations, with at least 2 years focused on SAP S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud.
• Demonstrated experience in leading SAP S/4
  
  HANA FICO projects or significant modules within projects.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud functionalities, including configuration and integration.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• SAP S/4
  
  HANA FICO certification is a plus.
• Experience with other SAP cloud solutions (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BTP) is advantageous.
