ALLO is seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our Managed Services team and support a diverse portfolio of business clients. This role is ideal for an experienced technician who can work tickets independently in an MSP environment.
You will provide Tier 2 support, troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, printers, and network issues, while maintaining client satisfaction and SLA adherence. Occasional on-site travel may be required.
