** What You’ll Do*** ## Provide first- and second-level desktop support to staff across the organization (in-person and remote)* ## Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and basic network issues* ## Manage and resolve service tickets with a focus on timely follow-up and excellent customer service* ## Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and related systems* ## Support audio-visual and multimedia tools (e.g., virtual meeting platforms like Zoom and Teams)* ## Educate and guide users on software applications and best practices* ## Assist with system rollouts, upgrades, and technology deployments* ## Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues* ## Ensure compliance with IT processes, security standards, and organizational policies## ## ## ##
** What You Bring**##

* Minimum Qualifications:

*** ## Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)* ## Working knowledge of desktop systems, applications, and basic networking (TCP/IP)* ## Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills* ## Excellent communication and customer service abilities* ## Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment## ## ## ##
