Maintain the Inventory Control area under general supervision and conduct routine audits on department processes;
Communicate deviations from expected outcomes to internal teams;
Assist with collecting feedback from employees across the department to ensure the technical support function is responsive to business needs;
Compile and reconcile discrepancies found with book inventory to ensure products remain in-stock;
Maintain invoices, returns, warranty claims, and exchanges for the distribution department through an internal electronic system
