Job Title
Information Systems Architect designing for large language models (LLMs), AI, or chat agents.
Work Location100% Remote
Role Focus & ScopeFocus is information architecture, content structuring, customer experience strategy, and organizing information aligned to customer journeys. Very little to no work with development teams. Primary collaboration with:
Analytics, Communications, and Customer Experience teams.
No required programming languages or specific tools. Work is primarily conceptual/organizational—categorizing, structuring, and creating information frameworks.
Must Haves- Ability to clearly define the customer journey.
- Background in communications, analytics, or a blend of both.
- Experience with content architecture.
- Experience designing for large language models (LLMs), AI, or chat agents.
- High curiosity.
- Strong interpersonal communication; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Comfortable reaching out cross-functionally.
- Experience in large tech orgs, agencies, or consulting environments.
- Creating a measurement framework for Help Center engagement (web + phone).
- Working with newly consolidated Help website content.
- Streamlining info architecture across brands.
- Connecting digital behavior, chat logs, and contact center data ("the Rosetta Stone").
- Acting as the unifying layer across several concurrent CX/analytics/content projects.
