- Serve as the primary technical contact for a wide range of software enhancement projects.
- Develop a deep, end-to-end understanding of system integrations for our website and mobile app—particularly around eCommerce functionality.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.
- Ensure digital platforms are secure, scalable, and high-performing.
- Participate in all phases of system enhancement—from design and development to deployment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with strategic objectives.
- Investigate reported issues, performing root cause analysis across multiple system call chains.
- Conduct technical evaluations and recommend improvements for system architecture and processes.
- Test new and updated application features to validate that they meet business and technical requirements.
- Execute performance testing to prevent bottlenecks and scalability issues.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date technical documentation including system architecture, data flows, application logic, and issue/enhancement logs.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to inform future solutions.
- Support additional tasks and initiatives as assigned.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience as a Programmer Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar technical role.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills for working with vendors, customers, team members, and management.
- Ability to balance independent work with collaborative engagement across departments.
- Proficiency in database systems and SQL programming (SQL Server, DB2).
- Hands-on experience with software troubleshooting and applying critical thinking to resolve complex issues.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and ETL concepts.
- Strong project management and documentation skills.
