Salesforce Administrator

Randstad is actively seeking an experienced Technical Data Entry to take the leading role in

ensuring solar systems move from completed signature to fully operational/visible for homeowners. This role is vital to ensure a high-level homeowner experience, such that home builder customers get positive feedback about their experience with their solar roofing system.

This role is responsible for the homeowner solar activation process across onshore/offshore teams, ensuring alignment in business processes, performance goals, and knowledge base accuracy. You will drive operational excellence, deliver outstanding customer experience, and maintain strong client Relationships.

• System & Data Administration:
  Managed daily operations for various contact center platforms (Vonage, CRM, WFM), overseeing large-scale data updates and system configurations.
• Data Integrity & Troubleshooting:
  Comb through system reports and live dashboards (using Looker and CRM tools) to pinpoint inconsistencies and implement immediate corrections.
• Process Optimization:
  Audited call flows, queue structures, and operational metrics to find inefficiencies, executing bulk updates to improve overall performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Partnered with IT and client stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues, clean up faulty data, and integrate system enhancements.
• Quality Control:
  Enforced data accuracy and operational consistency through regular QA audits, calibration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 2+ years in a technical software role
• 2+ years as a salesforce administrator
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable, personable, innovative, high tolerance for ambiguity and pressure
• High energy/high sense of urgency/fast-paced and can think on your feet
• Self-motivated; has the ability to manage workload autonomously
