Lead IT Systems Application Analyst - Epic leads the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex enterprise applications in the organization. Lead Analyst works closely with other members of the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, develop and maintain system documentation, provide end-user support, and manage system upgrades and enhancements. Analyst demonstrates a deep understanding of system configuration, programming languages, database management systems, and operating systems, as well as expertise in system integration, project management, and vendor management.
Role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to excel in a team environment. Lead Analyst maintains strong working relationships with multiple business areas and establishes full ownership of assigned applications in order to design solutions to meet business needs. Analyst leads projects to deliver solutions through implementation projects and provides guidance and mentoring to other members of the IT team.
Leads cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of new systems and processes.

- Leads the design and development of complex computer information systems, including system configurations, software programs, database structures, and network infrastructure. Demonstrates expertise in programming languages, database management systems, and operating systems. Leads efforts to maintain system documentation, including requirements and design documentation, testing plans or automation, user manuals, technical specifications, and system diagrams. Displays a strong attention to detail and the ability to organize and communicate complex technical information effectively.
- Provides end-user support by responding to service desk requests and resolving technical issues. Troubleshoots hardware and software problems, installs software updates, provides appropriate user access, and provides in-depth training to end-users. Leads collaboration with system users across multiple application areas to determine how to best support them through the effective use of technology. Investigates the need for additional services, programs, modules or modifications.
