Position

Summary

Ultra Source is seeking a Digital Commerce Analyst to own and enhance the company's digital commerce experience across our website, online marketplaces, and connected business systems.

This role serves as the primary business owner for product information, digital merchandising, marketplace administration, and ecommerce operations. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, and external technology partners to improve customer experience, expand digital product content, and support ongoing ecommerce initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working in ecommerce, product information management, business systems, or digital operations. They are comfortable working with websites, data, integrations, and technology partners and can translate business needs into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities Digital Commerce & Website Management
  • Own the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of Ultra Source's ecommerce website.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product discovery, navigation, search functionality, and customer experience.
  • Coordinate website enhancements, testing activities, and system updates with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Monitor website performance and recommend improvements that increase adoption, engagement, and online sales.
Product Information Management
  • Own the accuracy and integrity of product information across digital channels.
  • Manage product catalogs, categories, attributes, images, specifications, documents, pricing, and related content.
  • Establish and improve processes for product launches, updates, replacements, discontinuations, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Operations, and vendors to ensure accurate and complete product information.
Marketplace Management
  • Manage product listings across Amazon and future channels to improve visibility, conversion, and demand generation.
  • Maintain listing content, A+ content, variation structures, product assets, and marketplace merchandising.
  • Monitor listing performance, customer experience metrics, and competitive positioning.
  • Support pricing analysis, promotional opportunities, and marketplace growth initiatives.
Systems & Business Process Support
  • Work with internal teams and technology partners to support ecommerce, CRM, ERP, and marketplace integrations.
  • Assist in troubleshooting data, product, pricing, catalog, and workflow issues.
  • Document business requirements and participate in testing and validation activities.
  • Serve as a key business resource for digital commerce platforms and connected systems.
Qualifications Required
  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, product information management, business systems, or a related field.
  • Experience working with enterprise ecommerce platforms, CRM systems, ERP systems, or similar business applications.
  • Experience managing product catalogs, digital content, or large collections of product data.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred
  • Experience with online marketplaces such as Amazon Seller Central.
  • Experience with website administration or ecommerce platforms such as Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC).
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Azure Synapse Analytics.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or ecommerce integrations such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, F&O, and Logic Apps.
  • Experience working with external consultants, vendors, or technology partners.
