Role Overview We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a CRM data migration initiative. This role involves moving CRM data from Microsoft Dynamics into an existing Salesforce environment. The focus is on managing the migration work, not on a full-scale Salesforce implementation, as the platform, engineering resources, and supporting technical teams are already established.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate the CRM data migration effort from Dynamics to Salesforce.
* Manage all project phases, including planning, execution, and closing.
* Conduct stakeholder management and ensure clear communication across teams.
* Oversee project coordination and execution to ensure milestones are met.
* Work effectively with distributed teams operating across multiple time zones, primarily Eastern and Central.
* Uphold traditional project management discipline and practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience leading data migration projects.
* Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
* Excellent written communication skills.
* Proven experience in traditional project management roles.
* Ability to support teams operating in Eastern and Central time zones.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with CRM migration projects, specifically from Dynamics to Salesforce.
* Exposure to Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics platforms.
* Experience with in the healthcare payer industry.
