Role Overview We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of a provider portal solution using the Availity platform. This role involves establishing a vendor-provided portal that enables healthcare providers to access insurance-related information. The ideal candidate will have experience managing software implementation projects and will be responsible for stakeholder management, project coordination, and execution oversight.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation of a vendor-provided provider portal solution.
* Manage all phases of the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project alignment.
* Oversee project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
* Provide strong written and verbal communication to all levels of the organization.
* Work effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones, primarily Eastern and Central.

Required Qualifications

* Experience:

*** Proven experience managing software implementation projects.
* Demonstrated experience in traditional project management disciplines.
* Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
* Ability to support teams operating in Eastern and Central time zones.

* Experience with the Availity provider portal.
* Experience in the healthcare payer industry.
