### About the role

The Oracle Health Configuration Center is looking for an intermediate consultant to help configure the implementation of the Oracle Health General lab product.

NOTE:

We are hiring a Configuration Analyst. This Intermediate Oracle Health General Lab consulting position requires ability to operate independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality configuration work to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. This includes completing configuration for all consulting project types and maintaining relationships across lines of business.

* Analyze complex data to determine configuration readiness
* Assist in defining and communicating design and content best practices to internal project stakeholders
* Consult on the impact of design decisions and content recommendations as it relates to configuration
* Complete complex system configurations independently
* Maintain accurate, timely documentation of work using preferred tools
* Serve as an escalation point and deliver resolution for complex reported configuration issues
* Adopt new process improvements. Proactively identify and establish new process improvements
* Drive tools development and troubleshooting
* Coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide educational opportunities and training as needed### Qualifications
* 2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health Blood Bank product(s).
* Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
