The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and optimising The Building Companys digital marketing strategy across all digital channels, customer touchpoints and brands.

- Digital Marketing, Content & Campaign Management
- Customer Data, Analytics & Insights
- Stakeholder, Agency & Project Management
- Budget Management
- Upholding and promoting the company values
- Grade 12
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Commerce or related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing
- Minimum 3 years in a management role
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adword Campaigns
- Google Analytics Certification (advantageous).
- Digital Marketing Certifications (Google, Meta, Hub Spot, Salesforce or equivalent).
- Experience managing CRM platforms and marketing automation systems
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives
- Experience working with customer segmentation, customer analytics and database marketing
- Experience participating in large-scale strategic business projects
- Retail, FMCG, building materials or multi-brand environment experience advantageous
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript Developments and constraints
