As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Legal Business Services team, you will be part of a team that provides an integrated approach to technology implementations, automation, data wrangling, document extraction, and data management and analytics that help legal departments maximize strategic value. You will deliver services for companies that streamline their processes and increase efficiency by leveraging numerous applications.

• Client Management:
  Participate in day‑to‑day interactions with client project team members and Deloitte project leadership.
• Delivery:
  Work with a team to optimize tax and legal processes, leveraging technology to align software with the client's specific requirements and goals.
• Solutions:
  Develop and leverage automation and innovative solutions to improve efficiency of tax and legal departments.
• Support:
  Provide training and software support around day‑to‑day activities related to processes and various technologies or situational changes.
• Project Management:
  Assist with project management tasks, such as creating work plans, tracking budgeted time versus actual hours, writing status reports, and participating in status calls.
• Cross‑Functional Teaming:
  Understand and articulate the broader practice and Deloitte overall, maintain relationships, and serve clients holistically.
• People Development:
  Participate in the development of team members.
• Business Development:
  Participate in and contribute to pursuit teams.

• Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model requiring co‑location in person 2‑3 days per week.
• 3+ years’ experience with legal and/or technology solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, accounting, legal, or related field.
• Experience with one or more of the following:
  • Implementation with Agiloft, Sirion One, Icertis, or other CLM software.
  • Document extraction tools, data wrangling tools such as Alteryx, and visualization/BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik View.
