Enterprise Help Desk Specialist

The ESD Representative will provide centralized help desk and desktop support to end users across a global enterprise environment. • Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 help desk support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and operating system issues
• Support Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and video teleconferencing tools
• Respond to and resolve tickets in a high-volume service desk environment
• Deliver excellent customer service while supporting end users across multiple locations

• 0-6 months of experience (Mid-level) OR 6+ months to 1+ year of experience (Senior) in IT support or help desk environments
• Experience with desktop support, Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and basic networking
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills
• Relevant IT certification (Security+ required)
• Active Secret Clearance required

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually (depending on experience)
