Oracle is seeking a Support Engineer to provide functional and technical support for the Oracle Health EMR suite. You will be the primary contact for customers, delivering post-sales support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high client satisfaction.
You will investigate problems, perform backend troubleshooting, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases. Onsite 3 days per week in designated hub locations, with on-call rotations as needed.
