Senior Reserving Actuary

Overview

Our client is looking to hire an FIA Qualified Actuary who has extensive reserving experience to play a critical role in the reserving responsibilities for set lines of business. This role reports to the Head of Reserving.

• Developing and maintaining the actuarial best estimate reserves for set lines of business.
• Engaging with underwriters on a regular basis and communicating reserving outcomes and assumptions to key stakeholders.
• Collaborating with a variety of teams across the business.

This role is 3 days per week in the London office.

• FIA qualification with extensive reserving experience;
  Lloyds Market knowledge is preferred.
• Proficient in reserving methodologies.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
