Our client - a fast‑growing plaintiff's personal injury firm in Kansas City - is seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join a talented team of legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Craft thoughtful legal strategies and carry them through from start to finish
- Lead negotiations with insurance carriers to move cases forward
- Maintain open, compassionate communication with clients throughout their matter
- Analyze medical documentation and related reports
- Provide guidance and oversight to paralegals and support staff
- Manage the settlement process, including lien resolution
- Share in celebrating meaningful outcomes for clients
- 3-5+ years of legal experience (PI preferred)
- Licensed in Missouri and/or Kansas (both preferred)
- Strong communicator with genuine empathy
- Highly organized, proactive, and growth‑oriented
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative, structured environment
$100,000 - $160,000+ yearly, based on experience
