* Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake to settlement.
* Conduct thorough case investigations to determine liability and damages.
* Handle settlement negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
* Draft petitions, discovery, and motions.
* Deposition preparation and taking of depositions, including clients, fact witnesses, and experts.
* Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials.
* Handle trial preparation and trials.
* Provide exceptional client service and communication, keeping clients informed at all stages of their case.
