A well-established and dynamic litigation firm in Kansas City is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of litigation experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to step into an active role handling a broad range of litigation matters.

Associate Attorney

Kansas City, MO

• Manage cases independently from inception through resolution or trial
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and trials
• Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators on complex cases
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel effectively and professionally

• Construction Law
• Employment Law
• Insurance Defense
• Bodily Injury Defense

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license in Missouri and Kansas (strongly preferred)
• Minimum of 2-4 years of litigation experience
• Demonstrated ability to handle files independently
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Client-facing experience preferred
