Small well-established social security disability firm located just over the downtown bridge in North Kansas City is currently seeking an Attorney to join their team!
This position will focus on assisting clients with social security disability matters.
Substantial client contact, higher volume work (with great support staff!), and appearances primarily before the SSA. This work is largely administrative law, but all appeals are filed and argued in federal district court so there will opportunities for federal complaint and motion drafting as well as appearance and arguing before federal judges.
Competitive salary commensurate with experience up to $100k and compensation package including medical/life/vision/dental/ADD benefits, 401k match at 4%, PTO, and bonuses based on performance.
Previous disability experience not required but a huge plus!
