Title: VP, Supply Chain Strategy
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Job Type: Full Time, Exempt
Location: IOS Office (Preference: Naples Office)
At IOS™, we're not just another supplier. We're a Commercial Openings System Integrator. We own it all: estimating, budgeting, project management, fabrication, installation, integration, and service, with solving customer problems as our guiding light. That "one team, zero finger-pointing" mindset shapes how we work, and how we hire. Our people move across four modes:
Build, Fix, Upgrade, Maintain, so no two days look the same. From doors and frames to millwork, building specialties (Division 10), gate access, and access control: built to code, built to last, no shortcuts. And we're growing our national footprint, with real opportunity for people who want to grow with us.
The VP Supply Chain Strategy leads the enterprise approach to suppliers, sourcing, inventory policy, and supply risk. This executive builds a common supply chain strategy across Division 8, Division 10, and Division 28 while recognizing the operating needs of each business. The role establishes decision guardrails, develops strategic supplier relationships, improves rebates and commercial terms, and ensures that IOS has credible alternatives for critical materials.
